In case you missed it, the BioResources insectary and the BioResEd field team made an appearance on ABC Landline in July 2021. You can find the episode here. The Landline crew visited Richard Llewellyn in the insectary to learn more about beneficial insects, natural enemies, parasitoid wasps, biocontrol releases and especially the trichogramma success story. They also travelled to Ross Arnett’s farm at Lindendale to see regenerative agriculture in a macadamia orchard in action, with wasp releases, inter row cover cropping, conservation biological control and other practices underway. Dr Christopher Carr and Dr Abigail Makim provide some insights from the orchard.
